一.網管服務不是無限上綱：
   (1)網路不通，計中能體會那份焦慮；但因為網路斷線，凌晨近兩點也去網管寢室敲門
      報修，則是不該。
   (2)網管不是 24 小時全天候服務，隨叫即修，這樣的服務不是一學期 NTD$ 800 所能
      支應。
